YU Resort Kenya opened in 2024 following the vision of its founder, Dr. Andreas Held. His aim was to create a secluded luxury retreat on the peaceful beachfront of Msambweni, where guests could rest, reconnect and experience the Kenyan coast away from busy tourist areas.
